What does the package include?

Drafting documents

Our team of legally qualified experts will provide the necessary foundation blocks you need to run an efficient business which starts with drafting or enhancing existing bespoke Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbook, Family Friendly Handbook, Privacy Notice, Emergency Contact Form and Bring Your Own Device to Work Policy.

Our team will also draft any necessary documentation required for your business such as, disciplinary invite and outcome letters, grievance invite and outcome letters, redundancy consultation letters, maternity leave letters, furlough letters and whatever else you may require.

Unlimited advice

Due to the abolishment of the requirement for employees to pay fees to bring Employment Tribunal claims, there has been a sharp rise in claims against employers. The average cost of defending one claim is around £8,000 + VAT per case – which an employer is unlikely to be able to recoup from the employee, even if the employer successfully defends the claim, and the claim was without any real merit.

Our clients benefit from unlimited employment law and HR advice with a view to avoiding employees bringing claims against them, without compromising our clients’ commercial aims. In the event that an employee does bring a claim against one of our clients, the legal costs including any settlement or award will be taken care of by our insurance cover – providing certainty of both outcome and cost. Our package is payable on a fixed fee basis meaning that you will not be asked to pay any hidden costs, with or without the insurance. Our clients can take out our package on a 12, 24 or 36 month retainer and will know from the offset the total fee payable for the duration of the retainer.
