Freya started with Oakwood in January 2012 as a temporary Accounts Assistant, after a couple of months she became PA to one of the Directors and Head of the RTA Department , as well as PA to the Deputy Head of Department, after successfully impressing Abbie (Director), Freya was promoted to Legal Practice Manager in July 2012.

As Legal Practice Manager Freya has a busy and challenging role to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible.
Freya juggles Facilities Management such as arranging PAT Testing, Fire and Intruder Alarms, Office Insurance etc., as well as ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to, as well as looking after the general upkeep and maintenance of the office premises.
In addition to the all of this, Freya also negotiates new and existing contracts with suppliers after analysing expenditure and maintaining business relationships with them, focussing on ‘Best Value’ and sourcing the best possible prices for our consumables and utilities.
