Walkers Lime and Coriander Sensations Chutney Poppadoms have been withdrawn by Walkers Snack Foods after the ingredients egg and shrimp weren’t listed on the label.
The Walkers snacks may be a health risk to those who have egg or shrimp allergies or intolerances.
Products affected are:
The FSA has now issued an allergy alert warning people with shrimp and egg allergies or intolerances not to eat the product and to return them to the store for a full refund. No other Walkers Snack Foods are known to be affected.
If you have been affected by this or something similar, please take the following steps:
1. Contact your GP and advise of your condition.
2. Keep any packaging or any receipts you have as proof of purchase.
