    Patterson Medical Ltd Days Walking Sticks Could Cause Falls

    Patterson Medical Ltd Days Walking Sticks could cause Falls
    The walking stick handles can crack and break and whoever is using the walking aid could fall.
    The model affected is model 404 with the batch codes HC1207 HC1242 and HC1249. The batch code can be found on text below the handle.
    Patterson Medical Ltd initially sent out their field Safety Notice earlier in the year in June but didn’t have any enough confirmation that people had stopped using them.
    Patterson Medical Ltd are asking customers to take the following steps;
    – Identify and remove all affected batches of walking sticks from use.
    – Safely dispose of all walking sticks – contact Pearson Medical Ltd for advice
    – Complete and return the reply letter to Patterson Medical Ltd if not already completed.
    If you have been affected by something of a similar nature then you must do the following:
    1. Contact your GP and advise him of your condition
    2. Keep the anything to prove that you are using the walking stick.
    3. Contact a member of our team on 0113 200 9720
