SFE is a national organisation for Lawyers (Solicitors, Barristers and Chartered Legal Executives) who specialise in providing legal advice for older or vulnerable people. It was established to assist and support older or vulnerable clients to find and receive good quality and affordable legal advice.
SFE members are specifically trained in providing older care and their respective firms have their own individual Older and Vulnerable client care procedures to show their commitment to SFE’s code of practice, view our older and vulnerable Client Care Procedures here.
SFE members spend the majority of their time working with older or vulnerable clients and undertake continuous training to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
Find your local SFE member here, or call 0844 567 6173.
By using an SFE member you can be assured that the lawyer you meet with will be understanding and sensitive to the needs of older or vulnerable clients. The member’s experience will put clients at ease when addressing complex issues personal to the individual client.
