Sainbury’s Recall Their Sainsbury’s Ground Almonds Due to Peanut Allergy Risk

Sainsbury’s Ground Almonds 1000g & 200g have been recalled due to traces of peanuts being found in some of the packets.

The products affected are;

Sainsbury’s Ground Almonds 100g all batches and date codes

Sainsbury’s Ground Almonds 200g all batches and date codes

Sainsbury’s have issued a recall because this could affect customers with nut allergies.

If you have purchased these packets of ground almonds and have a peanut allergy do not eat the nuts and return them to your nearest Sainsbury’s for a full refund.

If you have been affected by this or something similar please take the following steps.

1. Contact you GP and advise them of your condition.

2. Keep a receipt or packaging as proof of purchase.
