If you have purchased the food and suffer from an egg allergy please do not eat the food and return it to the nearest store for a refund.
In the unfortunate event you have suffered injuries from a defective product or faulty item, you should seek medical attention as required.

The Consumer Rights Act dictates that all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Before you decide to bring a claim forward, you should obtain photographs of the product and proof of purchase.
We can then asses the prospects of the case and advise you accordingly.
On the other hand, you can also contact manufacturer or retailer who may offer refund or compensation.
However, you should seek legal advice for any compensation offered as you may be entitled to much more than what they may offer.
