Tesco are Recalling Some of their Finest Sweet and Zesty Side Salad For Allergy Reasons

Tesco are recalling some dated batches of their Finest Sweet and Zesty Side Salad because edamame (soya) beans were not included on the ingredients label.

The Sweet and Zesty Side Salads could be dangerous for people with an allergy to soya.

    The side salads affected are:

Product: Tesco Finest Sweet and Zesty Side Salad

    Pack size: 60 g

Date code: ‘Use by’ dates 6 October 2013 and 7 October 2013

People who have bought the side salad with an allergy or intolerance are being warned not to eat it and take it back to the shop for a full refund.

If you have been affected by this or something similar please take the following steps:

1.Contact your GP and inform them of your condition.

    2. Keep a receipt or packaging as proof of purchase

    3. Call a member of our employment team on 0113 200 9720
