At the weekend, a major IT failure caused havoc for British Airways customers all over the world. The IT failure meant that hundreds of flights were cancelled and thousands of flights were delayed.

BA Management have also commented to say that they would not fight customers trying to claim compensation for the inconvenience this caused them.
