We have recently been made aware of a fraudulent scam involving individuals impersonating Oakwood Solicitors Ltd, where scammers are contacting members of the public via telephone and email, falsely claiming to represent us.
Various individuals have already contacted us to report these deceptive interactions that trick you into revealing sensitive personal and financial information. These fraudsters are using aliases or claiming to call from a “trading division” or “financial division” of Oakwood Solicitors.
It is important to note that we take this matter incredibly seriously, and we want to issue a severe warning to all of our clients and the wider public: Please exercise extreme caution.

Under no circumstances will Oakwood Solicitors ever contact you out of the blue to demand personal information, passwords, or financial details in this manner.
We have already taken immediate, rigorous precautions to combat this issue, including reporting the fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities and platforms to ensure these operations are shut down as swiftly as possible.
What to Do If You Are Targeted
If you receive a suspicious call or email from someone claiming to be from Oakwood Solicitors or a division of our firm, do not provide any personal details.
