How do I sell my WIP files?

We operate fully within our West Yorkshire-based office. If so required, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged if you wish to meet us in person to discuss your needs and assess the desire to pass on your WIP files to us.

If you wish to proceed, we would then take some further information about the cases you wish to sell in order to calculate an offer in exchange.

Once an agreement is made, we would then start the process of contacting the clients who would be affected by the transfer, finalising with their instruction to proceed.

Once all is settled, payment for the onboarded clients will be made based on the terms agreed.

Abbie Keech — Solicitor and Managing Director

Abbie Keech started working at Oakwood Solicitors in 2004 as a Paralegal in the Road Traffic Accident department. Abbie became Head of the department in 2010, becoming a Director and a Solicitor at the same time. She then went on to lead the Clinical Negligence, Employment and Psychological Injury departments.

She took over as Managing Director in July 2015 and has since grown the company into a multi-service firm. Abbie originally studied Medical Microbiology at Newcastle University before undertaking the GDL and LPC and moving on to being a Solicitor.
