Leeds law firm Oakwood Solicitors has appointed Tim Fieldhouse as Head of Industrial Diseases.
Tim joins the firm from Eatons where he has spent the last five years as an Industrial Disease solicitor; he qualified in 2005 and spent time at national law firm Thompsons undertaking his training contract there.
Managing Partner Abbie Keech said: “I am delighted to welcome Tim to the team; he brings valuable personal injury skills and experience and his appointment further strengthens our senior management team.”

The firms Industrial Diseases team assists individuals that have been injured due to an industrial incident, typical injuries the firm deals with are Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), but they also get compensation for individuals with other industrial illnesses such as respiratory problems, vibration white finger and dermatitis etc.
