Arzoo Mamoon joined Oakwood Solicitors in August 2022 as a New Enquiries Handler, where she proficiently dealt with new clients who contacted the law firm seeking legal guidance. She quickly progressed to the role of Legal Assistant in the Industrial Disease department, effectively assisting solicitors with case management tasks. Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication, she has now advanced to the position of Paralegal.
In her current role, Arzoo manages her own caseload with ease and professionalism. She specialises in a wide range of responsibilities, including analysing records, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and liaising with clients to gather necessary information for cases. Additionally, she coordinates with medical experts and other external professionals, schedules and attends client meetings, assists in trial preparation, and ensures compliance with court deadlines.
Prior to joining Oakwood Solicitors, Arzoo earned A-Level qualifications in Law, English Language, and English Literature. She specifically studied the English Legal System, Criminal Law, Tort Law and Human Rights, which sparked her passion to pursue a career in the legal profession.
Arzoo is committed to ensuring each case is handled with utmost efficiency, leveraging her excellent communication skills. She is highly adaptable, meticulously organised, and precise in her work. Arzoo is eager to continue her professional development at Oakwood Solicitors.
