Aqualisa Vitalise SL & SLX and Aqualisa Energy 200 Electric showers are being recalled after during quality control and product testing Aqualisa identified a potential fault.

A user could be at risk if there is extremely high water pressure. If there is a fault a leak at the base may occur.

Aqualisa have recalled the electric showers and if you have the showers affected they are asking customers to call 01959 560 093 or email vitaliserecall@aqualisa.co.uk. They are sending out engineers UK wide who will replace and install the new showers free of charge.
