Mr S from Hounslow in Greater London was 28 when his foot injury at work took place. He had been pushing a milk trolley in his workplace as part of his daily duties when the trolley jammed as he was pushing it. This caused the trolley to stop abruptly and the milk was then dislodged. The cartons of milk fell off on top of our client’s foot.
Our client sustained bruising to his foot; the area of his foot which took the force of the blow became sore and swollen.
