    About Jessica Rowson

    Jessica is head of the Stress At Work team at Oakwood Solicitors Ltd, based in Oakwood, North Leeds.

    Jessica is a personal injury solicitor who specialises in stress at work claims in the county court. With a background also in employment law, she helps claimants navigate the crossover between employment and personal injury law to help identify the best legal route for them.

    Jessica has been asked to contribute her expertise by the BBC in two documentaries; one on the topic of bullying and sexual harassment at work, the other which highlights the lack of a legal definition of bullying and how this creates uncertainty for both employees and employers alike.

    Jessica also holds a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in awareness of mental health problems and is a qualified mental health first aider.
