    Marks & Spencer withdraw their Marks & Spencer count on us Bengali Cod Curry due to allergy alert

     

    Marks & Spencer are withdrawing M&S count on us Bengali Cod Curry after they found that some packets contained milk and it wasn’t stated on the label.

    Affected Marks & Spencer’s product is:

    Marks & Spencer Count on Us Bengali Cod Curry 380 g

    ‘Use by’ date: All date codes

    The M&S count on us Bengali Cod Curry poses a risk to those with milk allergies or intolerants.

    The FSA are telling people who suffer from intolerances or allergies to milk to return the product to the shop they bought it from.

    In the unfortunate event you have suffered from the product above, you may be eligible for compensation.

    How do I make a claim?
