The ERS Silver Award is granted to organisations that demonstrate exceptional support for Defence personnel, including reservists, veterans, spouses, and cadet force adult volunteers. Silver Award holders must meet strict criteria, such as:

Supporting reservist mobilisation commitments.
Engaging with the Cadet movement.
Providing a minimum of five additional days’ paid leave for reservist training.
