Important Notice Regarding Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT):
The current SDLT holiday comes to an end on 30th June 2021 for properties being purchased up to a price of £500,000.00.
From the 1st July until the 30th September 2021 there will be a further SDLT holiday for properties being purchased up to a price of £250,000.00.
Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure property transactions complete prior to the above dates, this cannot be guaranteed due to matters outside of our control. You therefore may be liable to pay SDLT and/or SDLT at a higher rate. We advise that you plan your finances accordingly and liaise closely, throughout your transaction, with the person handling your file.
