Setara Blair joined Oakwood Solicitors in Feb 2019 having come straight from sixth form education, starting as an Apprentice Administrator within the Admin Team.
She did her NVQ in Business and Administration Level 2 and completed her apprenticeship in April 2021. Setara was promoted to Deputy Head in December 2022. In December 2023, she won the award for best support staff.
Finally, in November 2024, she was promoted to Head of Administration.
