Stephanie Walker joined Oakwood Solicitors in October 2016. She is Deputy Head of the Financial Litigation Department and works closely with the Head of the Department.
Stephanie has a background in Financial Mis-selling and is instructed to act on behalf of claimants in respect of mis-sold investments, negligent investment advice, mis-sold pensions, and bank scam claims.
Her technical ability combined with her practical approach ensures that she obtains the best outcome for her clients.
Stephanie also assists in aspects of contentious probate work including Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims and disputes between executors & beneficiaries.
