Becky Cantrill started working at Oakwood Solicitors in April 2025.
Becky started working in criminal law as an office junior at the age of 16 and attained Police Station Accreditation, which she still holds today. Becky has extensive knowledge and handling of criminal cases. In 2018 Becky attained her Mental Health Accreditation, which she still maintains today and robustly represents at Mental Health Tribunal hearings for both civil and forensic clients subject to the Mental Health Act 1983. Becky enjoys a challenge and being able to transfer her existing skills into new areas of law.
Since joining the firm Becky has been assisting clients with psychiatric injury claims and is committed to undertaking detailed case preparation, leaving no stone unturned to achieve the most favourable outcome for her clients.
After a long career in law and taking alternative routes to a degree, Becky aspires to qualify as a Solicitor, whilst remaining passionate to Mental Health Law.
