Happy International Women’s Day 2021!
International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change, and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women, who have and continue to play an extraordinary role in changing and shaping their culture, communities, social, political and economic climates – who strive for more.
This year’s theme is #ChoosetoChallenge, pushing us to raise the bar and think critically about our future thoughts and actions. As women around the world battle the social, economic, and political fallout from Covid-19, the need for this is greater than ever.
The fight for equality has come a long way but there is still a way to go. The original aim is yet to be achieved – to achieve full gender equality for women around the world. There is still a gender pay gap, violence against women and girls persists, and women across the world still don’t have access to certain facilities such as education and healthcare.
What we can do day-to-day is to keep challenging ourselves and those around us. Be pro-active. Demand change, and if they won’t give you the change you desire, then fight for the change.

We have a workforce that is made up of over 75% women that work part time, full time, or flexi-hours to ensure that they achieve a work-life balance.
