Tracey’s son, Haydon Croucher, committed suicide in November 2019 and the Hospital Trust has confirmed that her son would not have died had they not been negligent.
The Trust have admitted failings in the following:
It is deeply upsetting to know that a person has sadly died due to the failings of the Hospital Trust and to know that his death was avoidable. Oakwood Solicitors achieved settlement for Tracey above the expected value.
