    Paralegal - Medical Negligence

Bradley Peel joined Oakwood Solicitors in November 2025 as a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence Department.

Qualifying from the University of Huddersfield through the Master’s in Law and Practice route in 2014, which incorporated the traditional Legal Practice Course into his law degree, Bradley has gone on to represent clients in many areas of personal injury over the last 10 years including Industrial Disease, Employer’s Liability & Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims.

He also has experience in handling Financial Mis-Selling complaints and has worked for a very large global manufacturing company as an in-house lawyer where he focused on regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance.

Bradley has a keen interest in personal injury and enjoys building strong relationships with his clients. His personal approach, attention to detail and passion to help his clients get the care and rehabilitation that they need for a better quality of life is evident throughout his work.

Having already obtained his Legal Practice Course at the University of Huddersfield, Bradley is now looking forward to the next chapter in his career at Oakwood Solicitors with the view to becoming a fully qualified Solicitor in the future.
