Ella McCarthy joined Oakwood Solicitors in March 2022 in the Vetting team before quickly progressing onto the role of Paralegal in the Criminal Injury Department.

Currently, Ella works in the Employers’ Liability and Public Liability Department handling a caseload which includes a variety of injuries such as PTSD, fractures, soft tissue, and traumatic brain injuries.

Ella graduated from the University of Huddersfield with First Class Honours and is currently completing her Masters degree at the University of Law. She has a keen interest in personal injury and is building the foundations of a legal career, coming from a background in business banking and customer service.
