Joshua Bickerstaff is a Trainee Solicitor in our Industrial Disease Department. After graduating from King’s College London, Joshua attended the University of Law in Leeds and completed the Legal Practice Course and MSc in 2018 whilst working in an administrative role at Leeds General Infirmary.

Since then, Joshua has accrued a variety of litigation experience at other law firms, including with specialities in personal injury law.

Joshua joined the industrial disease team at Oakwood Solicitors in 2022 and handles cases for claimants to obtain compensation for illnesses that have arisen due to their working conditions, sometimes from many decades earlier.
