Samantha Clegg completed her law degree and Legal Practice course prior to working as a Law Costs Draftsman at Irwin Mitchell LLP. She qualified as a Costs Lawyer in July 2017 and currently has over 10 years costs litigation experience.

Samantha deals with Costs Litigation from the start until completion, preparing Costs Budgets and Bill of Costs, dealing with all aspects of negotiation, drafting Replies to Points of Dispute and Assessment Proceedings. She also has experience of working with Court of Protection bills and fixed costs.

She has experience in recovering costs for various areas of law including Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Industrial Disease claims including Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Asbestos-related disease, CICA claims, Public Liability, Employment and Medical Negligence.
