Stephanie Gardiner joined Oakwood Solicitors in 2018 as a new enquiry handler after completing her Law Degree and graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 2017.

In 2022, Stephanie joined the Financial Litigation Department as a paralegal and represents a number of clients in relation to negligent financial advice and bank scam claims.

Stephanie’s specialist areas include:

• Pension and investment mis-selling
• Bank scam claims
• Failed investment bonds
• Mis-sold stocks and shares
• Negligent advice to invest in CFDs
