Award winning North Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of our Clinical Negligence department.
Key Tasks
Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
Essential Knowledge
Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
Desirable Knowledge
Experience using Proclaim database is preferable.
Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
Working with marketing to expand the department.
Experience
2 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.

Dependent upon experience
