Welcome to Oakcast: The Oakwood Solicitors Ltd Podcast (EP-01)

Home » News & Knowledge » Welcome to Oakcast: The Oakwood Solicitors Ltd Podcast (EP-01)

Welcome to the launch of Oakcast: Oakwood Solicitors Ltd’s brand-new podcast!

Each episode will focus on a different topic, from detailed explanations on how a specific claim type works, to relevant recent cases. Oakcast is all about legal people talking legal matters. Eventually, our aim is for Oakcast to become your go-to law encyclopaedia.

In our very first episode of Oakcast, our resident Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) expert, Daryl Smith, joins our Head of Personal Injury, Rob Crompton, to talk all things CICA.

An applicant’s eligibility to claim, the types of injuries that are compensated and all the ins and outs of deceptively complex Criminal Injury Compensation Authority claims are all covered right here, in Ep-01.

Also on Spotify – listen here

We hope you enjoy our very first venture into the world of podcasting. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for episode two, coming very shortly! Meanwhile, regular YouTube users can check back on our YouTube channel for fresh entries in our playlist.

    Why choose Oakwood Solicitors Ltd?

You will have a dedicated advisor who will see your claim through from start to finish, assisting you in the event of any queries or issues you may have. If it is preferable to you, we are able to assign you one of our female advisors to carry out your claim.

Your case handler will also continue to provide regular updates until the conclusion of your claim, ensuring that the process is as stress-free and effortless as possible.
