    Award winning north Leeds firm is looking for an administrator to join their busy administration and new enquiries team. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to learn new and key skills which will assist them at the start of their careers.

    Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list)

    • Carrying out data input
    • Setting up new client files
    • General adhoc administration duties
    • Covering a busy switchboard by directing the calls through to the correct person / department after gaining as much information from the caller.
    • Processing internal and external post carefully to ensure Data Protection is adhered to
    • Covering reception to be the face of the company
    • Making sure client’s and visitors sign in for Health and Safety
    • Offering them a drink to make their visit to the office as comfortable as possible
    • Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected in accordance with the role.

    • Good communication skills and literacy skills
    • Good organisational skills
    • Good timekeeping
    • Accurate keyboard skills
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Self-motivated to learn
    • Flexible attitude to work

    Remuneration 

    Negotiable.

    Working Hours

    Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
