How our Armed Forces Pension Solicitors can help

The latest ADPS Annual Report and Accounts 2025 – 2026 shows that the number of unclaimed deferred pensions has risen from 15,113 to 17,018. Each unclaimed benefit is a former member of the Armed Forces who has not yet received the pension they have earned through their service.

The Armed Forces Pension Scheme is not paid automatically. The scheme benefits can only be applied for by following an application process which includes completing certain documentation to apply.

Oakwood Solicitors can remove any hassle for you by preparing all required documentation to ensure you receive your pension benefits to enhance your retirement.
