Did you know that there are benefits to bringing your pet to work?
Studies have indicated that individuals who brought their pets to work experienced decreased hormonal stress levels when compared with those who did not bring their pet to work.
As such, bringing your pet to work, may help employees feel more relaxed.
It has also been reported that a pet-friendly workplace tends to increase employee satisfaction, improve morale, and promote an atmosphere of teamwork and communication.
In some cases, it has been suggested that employees were encouraged to work longer hours, as having your pet with you at work, meant that you didn’t have to rush home to attend to their needs.
Allowing employees to bring their pets to work may also help to reduce financial stress on an individual. For example, bringing your dog to work, may mean that you save money on doggie daycare.
